Want To Keep Your Body Fit.......!!!!

After getting up in the morning have at least two liters of water.............
Put cotton clothes and don't use linen and jean materials...........
Eat more fruits and vegetables instead of having rice and wheat content.........
Sleep in the floor or on the mat. Don't sleep in the bed as because it generates heat a lot.........
Have palm fruits and mango daily.........
Don't eat plantain and sleep in the nights............
